HA! My older son sent me this a couple of days ago, with the title "interesting reading." He makes his bed everyday - maybe he is looking for an excuse not to? I told him NOT to send it to the other son - he already subscribes to this practice!

I've been telling my mother-in-law this for years! LOL! She insists that it doesn't mean it needs to remain unmade all day, just for a little while. I wonder about the science on that. What is the optimal/minimum time for the bed to remain unmade? I'll be looking for the info from their follow up studies--especially since I live in dry southern california. She's from New England--so maybe she can make her bed asap, since it might not make a difference. Thanks for the chuckle.
